MUJI Light Toning Water Review

I always love to go to MUJI. Their stationeries, makeup organizer and clothing are very eye-catching.

When I saw MUJI got skincare line, I instantly wanted to buy! Especially the Sensitive Skin Series.

MUJI Light Toning Water

First of all, what is MUJI actually?
MUJI, originally founded in Japan in 1980, offers a wide variety of good quality products including household goods, apparel and food. Mujirushi Ryohin, MUJI in Japanese, translates as “no-brand quality goods.”

About Sensitive Skin Series

  • Hypoallergenic series that won't irritate delicate skin
  • Fragrance-free
  • No colour additives
  • Mineral oil free
  • Paraben free
  • Alcohol free
  • Allergy tested

Product Name: Light Toning Water (High Moisture)
Product Brand: MUJI Sensitive Skin Series
Product Type: Toner
Size: 200 mL
Price: RM 29.90

What it claims?

  • Made of natural spring water
  • Simple product that everyone can use
  • Ingredients that are gentle on delicate skin
  • Large bottles at a reasonable price

How to use?
Use after cleanser. Kalau rajin, I'll tuang the product atas cotton pad and dab dekat muka. Kalau malas, tuang dekat tangan pastu pat (tekap tekap dekat muka)

The packaging:
The product comes in a 200ml transparent plastic bottle with a metal twist cap. All the words are in Japan so I could not understand a thing.

The colour/consistency/texture:
It's colourless, just like plain water however the texture is quite thicker than water.

The scent:
The product claim that it is fragrance-free, hence tak bau wangi ke floral ke fruity ke. This product has no scent at all. Bau plain macam air je.

Ingredients

Ingredients analysis
Based on cosdna, there is no ingredients that are harmful to the skin which is gooood. It contains Hyaluronic Acid which acts as a humectant (to moisturize the skin). And it's fragrance free, mineral oil free, alcohol free.

How I feel:
At first when I tried, rasa dia macam air tapi melekit sikit. It was okay? Tak ada la rasa wow terus hydrated je kulit. Sebab maybe pernah pakai toner yang lagi best and bila pakai, kulit terus rasa fresh and segar. This toner, just okay. Tak kata best gilaaaa, tapi I can use this lah.

I applied this twice per day, after I cleanse my face. Masa kulit tengah lembab lagi, I apply this toner. As I mentioned above, kalau rajin, I'll tuang the product atas cotton pad and dab dekat muka. Kalau malas, tuang dekat tangan pastu pat (tekap tekap dekat muka)

Recommended?
Not really tapi ok lah kalau nak try. It's not bad, but it's not great either (setakat ni). But it's enough for hydration. And dia ada tiga range, Light, Moisture, High Moisture. I think the Light one is suitable for oily skin tapi dia alcohol free toner, so it might not even work haha mine is High Moisture because I have dry skin.
